Established training courses are on going for engineering technicians, Operational staff and supervisors as well as managerial staff inside and outside the Kingdom.

Health, Safety and Environment

  • In line with Company HSE policy, Sasref aims at elimination of all work related ill health and to promote the general health conditions of its employees and their dependents.

    These targets are achieved through provision of comprehensive and professional primary health care services for all Sasref employees and their legal dependents plus providing comprehensive occupational health services. The main components of primary health care services are medical consultation & treatment, health education campaigns for the staff and families as well as vaccination campaigns. The main components of providing comprehensive occupational health services are through carrying out of health risk assessment programs to evaluate the health risks and dangers at the work place with follow up of the accepted recommendations from different departments; also follow up of the application and updating of the occupational health procedures for the potential health hazards. Other administrative service is mainly follow up and auditing the quality of medical insurance services given to our Sasref staff and their legal dependents through the medical insurance companies.
